With over 20 years of law enforcement experience, our founder has always been a practitioner of the material he teaches. Our assistant instructors have broad range of expertise in firearms, tactics, security, law and other related fields.

We take a process-driven, principle-based approach to coach individuals and improve performance regardless of their skill or experience level. We constantly evaluate and refine our training curriculum to ensure our material is effective, realistic and backed by evidence.
